Hazelwood Central standout Dominique Dobbs has given a commitment and signed with Lindenwood University in St. Charles.
The 6’6″ power forward chose Lindenwood over Truman State, Northwest Missouri State and UMSL.
“I visited the school a few times and Coach (Lance) Randall and Coach (Dana) Morgan always made me feel comfortable and welcome,” Dobbs said. “I also made a good connection with my future teammates. After visiting a few schools outside the St. Louis area, I felt like Lindenwood was the best fit for me.”
As a senior, Dobbs averaged 16.6 points, 10.3 rebounds and two blocks while shooting 67 percent from the field. He was the Player of the Year in the Suburban XII North Conference after helping lead the Hawks to a lead championship and a Class 5 district title.
