NorthStar Basketball organization presents skills training sessions for girls

NorthStar Basketball, along with Hoop 2'Ters and Excel Athletic Enhancement, will be presenting a series of basketball training sessions for young players of all ages. All of the sessions will be held at the St. Charles Rec Plex (5200 Mexico Road) in St. Petes.

 *The "Big Girls" session is for post players entering grades 8-12. There will be 15 sessions, which will be held every Monday and Wednesday from August 16 to October 11. Each session will run from 7:30 to 9 p.m. There will also be eight one hour sports enhancement training sessions. The cost of the package is $300.

 *The "Smallsz" session is for wings/point guards from grades 8-12. There will be 16 total sessions, running from August 16 to October 16 on every Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 to 9 p.m. There will also be eight one hour sports enhancement training sessions as well. The cost is $300.

 *The Pre-High School Training sessions are for girls entering grades 6-8. There are a total of 16 sessions, every Tuesday and Thursday from August 17 to October 7 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The cost is $300.

 *Training for 5th grade boys and girls will be held on Monday and Wednesdays from September 8 to October 6 for a total of nine sessions from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. The cost is $100.
