The Team Swish Slam-n-Jam Basketball Tournament will be held from
February 26-28 at St. Louis Priory (500 S. Mason Road).
St. Louis Rockets Tryouts
The St. Louis Family Rockets, an all-girls basketball club, will be holding their spring tryouts on March 2 at Ursuline Academy. The tryouts are for girls in grades 4-7....Wellston High to host Hoops 4 Haiti Event
(February 20 event to benefit people of Haiti) Former Wellston High girls basketball coach Carl Davis has put together a nice basketball event to help the victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti and celebrate the legacy of Wellston basketball in the process. The Hoops 4 Haiti event will be held on Saturday, February 20 at Eskridge High in Wellston (1200 Sutter). It will feature eight games, starting with youth teams in the morning and ending with an All-Star game featuring many of the former greats from Wellston. ...Second Annual Midwest Showcase and Reebok Basketball Series Tournament
