St. Louis Surge to open season on May 5

The St. Louis Surge Women’s Semi-Professional Basketball Team will open the 2012 season against the Illinois Shooting Stars in its 2012 Home Opener May 5, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., sponsored by Ameren Missouri. The game will take place at the University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) Mark Twain Building.

Charlie Spoonhour: Man of the people
