Girls Shootout at North County Tech on Jan. 18. The Red Knights are led by
senior forward Jazmin Hitchens.
St. Joe's checks in with a 15-5 record against a monster schedule. The Angels
are tall and talented with the 6'1" sophomore Stock twins and 6'3" freshman
Sydney Stipanovich leading the way.
The two teams met earlier this season in the championship game of the Visitation
Holiday Tournament, with Incarnate Word taking a 57-51 victory. In the previous
meeting before that game, St. Joe's defeated Incarnate Word in a Class 5
district championship game at Ritenour last season.
It should be a great game. If you plan on going, get there early. It fills up
pretty quick at IWA.
