Jordann Plummer Excels at Drake
Former Cardinal Ritter College Prep standout Jordann Plummer is closing out her college career in style at Drake University. The 5’6” senior point guard is enjoying an excellent season as she leads the Bulldogs in several offensive categories. Through 19 games, Plummer is averaging a team-high 15.5 points a game. She is also averaging four assists and three steals while shooting 88 percent from the free-throw line, which are also team highs.
Plummer is also second on the team in rebounding and 3-point shooting. The young lady is doing it all, just like she did during her career at Cardinal Ritter where she was an All-State performer for the Lions. She led Ritter to its first ever district championship in girls basketball in 2003.
A four-year starter, Plummer earned All-Missouri Valley Conference First Team honors as a junior in 2009.
She appears headed to another All-MVC First Team berth at the end of her stellar senior year.
